One of the scariest creatures that comes out on Halloween (especially if there is a full moon) is the werewolf! The traditional werewolf costume is fun for any budget. If you don't have a large budget, simply get some brown and black makeup and a set of fangs and you can make a scary costume.If you want to make your face look really scary, you could add some red makeup around the lips. Then tease your hair to make it look really messy. You are good to go.
