It is actually pretty easy to dress up like Katniss from the ever popular movie The Hunger Games. If you have long brown hair simply put it in a braid. (Don't have long brown hair, there are many cheap wigs available). Then you can wear a grey jacket with a hoodie. Add a bow and arrow and you are good to go.
